How Schools Can Use Google Classroom in 2025

Now that we live in a digital world, schools only have four walls. Many tools, such as Google Classroom, can be used by students to study and keep track of their work. It is an excellent tool for motivating your children to work harder, as it allows you to monitor their progress on assignments, establish goals for their work, and assign new tasks. How do parents and students use it? The answer can be found below!

How to Use Google Classroom For Students and Parents

Google Classroom provides an easy way for teachers and parents to monitor their children’s learning progress. While parents can get reports on their kids, teachers may quickly provide opinions and grade papers.

Method 1: for Students

Let’s look at how students may use Google Room Join with ease and benefit from the app:

1. Go to the official Google Classroom page, choose the Google Classroom app, and sign in with your school account.

2. Click Join Class at the top of the page.

You may also choose Join Class by clicking the + button in the top right spot.

3. Type in a code under Class Code, then click Join.

4. Click the hamburger icon in the top-left area to submit your assignment.

5. Click “To Do” next to “Enrolled.”

6. Pick any assignments that are still due.

After logging in, you’ll be able to join your class and turn in your assignment.

Method #2: For Parents

By logging in with any account, parents and guardians cannot directly access it. The teacher may also give Guardian Reports to parents.

Each week, Guardian Summaries give you a summary of the posts made in your student’s Google room. Don’t forget that you need an email account that is linked to your school to do this.
